My first show in Abu Dhabi. This was also the first show to be mounted in NYUAD's new Black Box Theater, as part of their Saadiyat Campus. When we stepped into the theater, there were no written plans or documentation. We were building from scratch and setting the rules, which is always an exciting venture as a designer and technician.
This show was written and devised by Zoukak Theatre Company with NYUAD students in less than 5 weeks. The initial scenic design for the show was drafted in 3 days.
